We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchases. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. Below you'll find our detailed Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation and Returns You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without providing any reason. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The products are in new and resalable condition, not damaged in any manner.
  • The purchase was made within the last 24 hours.
  • The products are in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • You have the invoice and receipt.

Please note, items bought on sale or with a discount at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return. They can, however, be exchanged for an item of the same value.

Refund Process We will process your refund within 1 day upon receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Exchange Process To exchange a product:

  1. Repack the product(s) in a secure carton, including the filled return form.
  2. Visit your local courier service and send the package back to us.
  3. Upon receiving the unused product, we will process your exchange request within 24 to 48 hours.

Return Conditions We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

For Returns To proceed with a return, please contact Clinicaly customer support. Refunds will be processed via IBFT and typically take 5-7 working days to appear in your account once processed.

Sale Items Please note, products purchased on sale or with any form of discount are not eligible for return.
